Get lost in a corn maze this fall season! From fun themes to GPS scavenger hunts and trivia challenges, corn mazes are getting bigger and better every year.
While some can be a bit scary (perfect for the older kids), there are plenty that offer not-so-scary daytime fun for younger children, too. Here are 10 corn mazes in the Milwaukee area that your kids will love.

This family-owned orchard grows 15 apple varieties, as well as pumpkins (both prepicked and U-Pick are available). Besides the corn maze, there are also wagon rides, caramel apples and other sweets, and expansive country views.
Appleland’s Fall Festival is the last weekend in September, and it features mini pumpkin decorating, face painting, a bounce house, caramel apple bar, live music, food and beverages (including apple cider slushies!).

After picking your own apples and/or pumpkins, give Barthel’s corn maze a try! Admission is $5.00 per person; children 4 and under are free.
The farm, corn maze and bakery are open daily, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Entrance for pick your own and the maze closes at 5:30 p.m.
Don’t miss Oktoberfest (September 24-25, 2022, Noon-6 p.m.), featuring live polka music, warm pretzels from Milwaukee Pretzel Company, locally made brats, hot dogs, Hammerschlagen and beer.

This year’s corn maze theme celebrates the 50th anniversary of Charlotte’s Web!
There are more than 75 kid-friendly activities at Happy Jack’s Pumpkin Land, including including jumping pillows, a train, ropes course, duck races, arcade games and so much more! More activities are being added every year, but the corn maze is a perennial favorite.
Other highlights at the annual Pumpkin Fest: pig races, dog shows, lumberjack shows, cowboy stunts, a dance party, and a candy cannon. You can also purchase corn stalks and other fall decorations, straw bales, pumpkins, squash, gourds, and more from the farm store.

Are you ready for a challenge? With riddles to solve, clues to find and over 10,000 feet of paths to navigate, this 8-acre corn maze is sure to appeal to the adventurous crowd? There are interactive stations located throughout the maze, and the theme is to be determined.
For an even bigger challenge, try to navigate the maze at night! Friday and Saturday nights in October are “Flashlight Nights” (the maze is family friendly and never haunted). Just remember to bring your own flashlights.
Go on a hayride and make your own caramel apple to complete your adventure at Borzynski’s!
Admission is $9 for adults (ages 13+) and $7.50 for youth (ages 4-12). Ages 3 and under are free.

Open every day from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. through Oct. 31, Cedarburg Creek Farm is offers a family-friendly corn maze adventure. But the fun doesn’t end there!
There are lots of other activities as well, including a pumpkin patch, free hay rides, a barrel train, a petting zoo with farm animals, inflatables, live entertainment, and so much more.

Feel like getting lost for a bit? Do you like trivia? Enter the 5-acre corn maze at Creekside Valley Farm, and you’ll find opportunities for both. It’s filled with curves and dead ends, but if you know your trivia you may have a better chance of getting out quicker.
As you follow the paths, answer trivia questions to help guide your way. Be careful! If you answer incorrectly, you will find yourself in a dead end.
Admission fee is $5 per person (children 3 years and under are free). Don’t forget to visit the Snack Shack after!
7. Elegant Farmer

As part of their Harvest Fest, The Elegant Farmer offers a family-friendly corn maze with easy in-and-out access for all ages. (Note: The last entry into the corn maze is 4 p.m.)
Hop on the tractor-pulled hayride to the maze, which features a fruit design this year. Also try Laser Tag, a family-friendly game that everyone ages 8 and older can play.
After you finish the corn maze, you can pick from 18 varieties of apples in the orchard and pumpkins in the patch, then check out the Smilin’ Barn Cafe and market.
Food offerings include pulled pork sandwiches, chicken pot pies, cider, chili and chips, caramel apples, and slices of the award-winning Apple Pie Baked in a Paper Bag. You can also find freshly made apple cider donuts in a small stand just outside the orchard.
You can also hop on a trolley ride via the East Troy Railroad – the tracks run right alongside the Smilin’ Barn.
8. Lindner’s Pumpkin Farm

Lindner’s Big Back Yard features a corn maze, giant slide, Olde Tyme Playground, the Scarecrow Speedway (pedal tractor race track), the Li’l Punkin Playground, and a petting zoo with goats, mini-pigs, mini-horses, bunnies and more.

This year’s theme is Mario Brothers!
While not a haunted corn maze, this 12-acre field is open during the day AND at night. On select Friday and Saturday nights in October, you can enter the maze after dark (6-9 p.m.). Flashlights are required at night.
There are 10 checkpoints hidden throughout the 4 miles of paths, and you can use your smartphone to help you navigate and locate them all.
The maze can take up to 90 minutes to solve, and weekly winners will receive a bucket of goodies from Schuett Farms.
10. Jelli’s Market

Jelli’s designed and created their very first corn maze this year! They offer rides out to the maze on the weekends and Wednesday afternoons, when the apple orchard is open (be sure to do some apple picking when you visit as well!). Otherwise, the maze is a just a short 10-minute walk from the parking area.
The path through the maze is about 3/4-mile long and will likely take you roughly 20 minutes to navigate, unless you get lost of course!
Kids will also love the free fall activities: a selfie scavenger hunt, lawn games (Connect 4, Jenga, corn bag toss, pumpkin checkers, tic-tac-toe), corn box, amazing race, and Angry Birds For Real slingshot game. Take a ride around the farm on the Berry Blue Barrel Train ($1 per ride on the weekends).

The Witch Hollow Maze has been known to be a bit spooky in the past, but it’s a fairly easy maze to get through. There’s also a huge pumpkin jump pad, a big tractor slide, a petting zoo, tractor-drawn hayrides, pedal carts, pony rides and more.
“Corn City” is perfect for little kids! Don’t miss a tour of the grand avenue through Corn City, featuring uncanny likenesses of celebrities known near and far — from a golden, fuzzy bear to the globally famous Green Bay Packers.
